Various youth and students organizations joined together to raise awareness about climate change and environmental degradation and to initiate creative and innovative activities that address climate and environmental problems. The Panalipdan Youth, College Editors Guild of the Philippines (CEGP), League of Filipino Students (LFS), Ateneo Mountaineering Club (AMC), and other interested youth groups will be spearheading a “Tree Growing for Climate and Environmental Justice” on 24 September 2011.
